Refund policy

All our products are made to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-printed especially for you, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please email us at hello@mountainteesco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Wrong size?
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering. If you receive the wrong size due to an error on our part, we will replace it free of charge. If you ordered the wrong size yourself, please contact us — we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee an exchange as each item is printed on demand.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, before production begins. After that, your order will already be in production and we cannot cancel or modify it.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Please note, however, that this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). As our products are custom-printed to order, this exclusion may apply. If you have a question about your specific situation, please contact us.

Refunds
Once a return or replacement is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at hello@mountainteesco.com.
