1. About us
Mountain Tees Co is an online print-on-demand store selling mountain resort themed apparel. Our products are produced and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All our products are made to order. Colours may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. We use high-quality Bella+Canvas blanks for our tees and premium hoodies. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

4. Order processing
Orders are sent to our print-on-demand partner within 24 hours. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Mountain Tees Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Mountain Tees Co and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Tees Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
